Planning Application and Building Regulations Architectural Services

 

Depending on the changes you wish to carry out on your property a decision would be made after completing the survey if you require Planning Permission for the potential alteration you aspire to convey or simply require Architectural works for building control approval.

 

If planning Permission were required a Full Planning Application or Outline Planning Application consisting of satisfactory architectural plans suitable for your Local Planning Authority can be submitted on your behalf. 

 

Outline Planning or a Pre Application may be submitted, if you wish to carry out a feasible study or a change that you may merely wish to seek a possible investment.

 

Once Planning Application has been Approved and you are financially ready to commence with the building works, You would need to submit a Full set of Building Regulation documents to your Local Approved Building Control for the work being proposed.

 

The submission would consist of a package of documents working alongside our selected engineer or one you have to recommend for Building Control LABC, defining all the building works in line with current Building Regulations and British Standards.

 

We would be able to submit all Building Regulations documents with any alterations required for you to begin your build and achieve the transformation you require.
